Saturday Morning Ballet Show

Sunday, July 26, 2009

According to Eliza, Willa is a modern dancer because she doesn't wear ballet shoes.

This was before Eliza allowed us to brighten her dramatic stage lighting, but watching Willa copy E's dance moves is just too funny to miss!

Zoo Atlanta

We crammed a lot of fun in before naptime today! This was Willa's first trip to the zoo, but Eliza showed her the ropes.

Willa Walks!

Friday, July 10, 2009

Hmmm...not sure why this video is so stretched. It's the first one taken with my iPhone. I'll have to post a better one of Miss Willa walking before she takes off running...which should be any day now!

PS: If you click on the video, you can watch it bigger and it's not stretched.

Surprise!

I thought it was time to freshen up the blog! Hope you like the new design. Please let me (Jackie, of course) know if you have any problems with it.

Pretty in Polaroid

Oh how I love my new polaroid app on the iPhone! How gorgeous is this?

Happy 4th of July!

Sunday, July 5, 2009

Eliza and Mommy had a great time at the neighborhood 4th of July parade! Daddy stayed home with a napping Willa.

In the afternoon, we went to our neighbor friend Emma Laura's 1st birthday party. Eliza bobbed for apples and Willa just blew bubbles in the water!

After a little planting by Mommy and a lot of mulching by Daddy, the house is actually looking somewhat decent this summer. Maybe next year we'll get around to putting a tree in that big patch of mulch in the front yard.
