Iguana spotting. (Iguanas are to the Tulum ruins as pigeons are to Trafalgar Square!)
The ruins in Tulum were absolutely beautiful and right on the ocean. Unfortunately, it was about 150 degrees in the shade, so it was difficult to take many photos with sweaty, grumpy children hanging off of us.
